2.2.2. To access the purchased content, you should go to the "My Publications" section on the Platform, where you will find the previously acquired content. You can also follow the link provided in the purchase confirmation.

2.3. Prices and Payments

2.3.1. The prices of products and services offered through individual sales are clearly indicated on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. The displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

2.3.2. By making an individual purchase, you authorize the Platform to process the corresponding payment using the integrated payment platform. The payment information you provide will be treated securely and in accordance with the prevailing security and privacy regulations.

3. Modality of Access through Subscription

3.1. General Aspects

3.2. Use of the Subscription

The Platform ensures maximum security of the content, and therefore, downloading is not allowed. The technology used enables content consumption via streaming and can only be consumed within the Platform.

9. Image Quality and Internet Access

9.1. The image quality of the content on the platform may vary depending on the device and may be affected by factors such as location, available bandwidth, and internet connection speed. A minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to obtain good image quality. All internet access charges will be your responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Queryloop Inc shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability related to the access or use of the Platform or the content offered on it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10.2. The total liability of Queryloop Inc for any claim related to the Platform or the content will be limited to the amount you have paid through the Platform in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Terms of Use

11.1. Queryloop Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be notified through a notice on the Platform or by other reasonable means. The changes will take effect upon their publication.
